Abby’s path to real estate is what makes her perspective so different. Born in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, Abby moved back to Brevard County after running a $120 million national furniture company headquartered in Palm Beach, Florida. Leading a company at that scale required mastery of communication, marketing, negotiation, and team leadership. Those are exactly the skills that translate directly to the high-stakes, fast-moving world of residential real estate. Many agents come to real estate as a first career. Abby came to it as someone who had already built and led a major business, and her clients consistently feel the difference in how she handles their transactions.

After years of national travel and corporate responsibility, Abby chose to return to Brevard County to be closer to family and build something of her own. Starting The Barclay Group with Andy was the realization of a long-held dream, the chance to combine her business leadership experience with Andy’s deep market knowledge and 22-plus years of local real estate practice.
